hehe. You can create one in two types of ways. I will explain both.

Type One: Poll without thread:

This is where you can create a poll without having a thread, so just like a random poll. You can do this by going to the fourm board and section you wish to create a poll on, then going to add poll. I believe its next to new thread on the right.

Type Two: With Thread:

This is where you create a poll inside a  thread (LIKE THIS ONE). This can be done by creating a post, posting it then adding a poll after. You can add a poll by clicking add poll, which is next to reply at the top and bottom.
